She is married to Willem and has 4 beautiful adult children and 7 grandchildren, who are all male.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Her interest in art started in grade 8 at Outeniqua High School, in George, from where she hails. Her art teacher asked her to help him paint banners for the school.\u00a0 This is where the bug bit her! She got the urge to paint and enjoy her God-given talent, b<\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">ut it was not until 25 years later that\u00a0she actually picked up a brush and put it on a canvas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">You will see from her paintings, most of which is oil on canvas, that she loves colour.
